Yes, of course! Each new team member is given materials prior to day 1. We do this to ensure familiarity with company expectations. Also, for the first four weeks each trainee is given hands-on, one-on-one coaching to ensure their future success. We do not put pressure on how quickly someone can learn the material, we put emphasis on their effort.
Nope! We provide all the training needed to succeed within our company. However, we do look for candidates that posses work ethic, humility, and commitment.
